Apology from Low Fell Victoria.

Proposed by Pelaw seconded by Blue Star as a true record.
CORRESPONDANCE
Referee PAUL YOUNGSON informed the league that some secretaries were approaching him after games to ask if cautions were to be reported to D.F.A. This will constitute a fine when reported to D.F.A.
Request for cancellation of game on 28th November granted.
CLAIR TIERNEY was the only referee to accept a one 0ff game for G.DS.F.L.
IAN GUNN resigned from the league.
Low Fell Victoria are still registered with D.F.A.as Queens Head.
DISCIPLINE
Wardley Legion were requested to appeare before the management committee for bringing the league into disrepute after appearing at D.F.A. The club were fined £50 and warned to their future conduct.
Blue Star appeared before the committee for failing to fulfil a fixture against Barley Mow. The club were fined £30 with 3 points deducted.

CORRESPONDANCE.
F.A.to increase age from 14-16 for open age football.
Niel Pick banned from all football from 17th December 2004.
No`s 1-11 to be worn by starting 11 subs 12-16 No squad numbers.
Circular from D.C.F.A. stating referee is the only arbiter for players wearing specticals.
RICHIE OWENS severed his assosiation with the league.
Additions to referees LTN enclosed.
RAY STRAUGHAN not available in the future.

Along discussion took place concerning discipline in the league JACK JOHNSON is to address the general meeting on this subject.

Results not in by 1.45 could result in fine of £25.00

He welcomed everyone including HARRY FAIRLEY and IAN GUNN.He thanked Ron Coleman for the footballs for the cup finals.
